The Jahmazing Soundsystem was founded in 1998 by selecta Parok in Rheinfelden, Germany.
A short time later, selecta Murphy and mc Andi G. joined the team.
Back then, we mostly played jungle and dub at our own dances as well as in some other clubs in the area (Lörrach, Basel, Freiburg…). With time, our love towards reggae-music kept on getting stronger and stronger, eventually putting us on the mission of spreading POSITIVE VIBRATIONS between the people.
Since 2000 we promote reggae-dances in Lörrach and Basel.
In 2003 dj GunPowda, originally from Berlin, joined in. His loves pushing the massive with some heavy soca-vibrations.
We also have our own radio-show on Radio X, called JAMrock. Evey 1.-3. thursday 22.00-23.00 h. check it out! strictly THE FINEST in reggae...
We play everything from Ska, Soca, Jungle, Dub, HipHop, all that remix-stuff, but mostly Roots, Reggae, Ragga and Dancehall. |
