Today we start the 8th year of Reggae.ch. The motivation of the beginning is still the same: Giving to all swiss reggae active a place! Since Reggae became an accepted gender in the swiss music scene! And we are happy to participate and contribute to this! We think we just can say: we can be proud of our constant growing Scene! |

We set our self a couple of rules to make it faire for everybody!
But one of our most important is:
- Giving all swiss reggae artists the same chance to promote for free their CD release on our website!
Today we talk more about iTunes releases than CD's (everybody knows that Reggae CD never stay long in the CD shops if they even drive there!)
The whole music business changed allot and for sure a (still!) underground stile like reggae suffer even more!
BUT
i think in switzerland we have a constant growing and faithful reggae crowd the one we (also as Reggae.ch) must give a HUGE BIIIIIIIIG UP!!!!
The ambitions are always higher than what is possible to do in the end!
But we are only humans trying to do the best!
Reggae music is (in our eyes!) one of the music that stands critical to .... we stop there and i think it is right!
Reggae stands for justice, equality and respect!
And today being critical to something is already ohhh shocking this ones are not sheep's!
Being, thinking, doing different today is almost (devil in yard!)
But i like this quotes:
Wrong is wrong even if everyone is doing it!
Right is right even if no one is doing it!
And this is how we like to promote reggae music!
