Personal tickets:
All pre-sale tickets are personal and not transferable.
Each ticket will be made out to the ordering person and
is only valid for this person. Any ticket bought at the
box office at the Rototom festival must be exchanged for
a festival pass. Please note that a valid ID or passport might
have to be shown upon request.
Refunding:
Paid tickets are not refundable as a matter of principle.
Exceptions will only be made in case the festival is
cancelled or reggae.ch can be made responsible for gross
negligence or a qualified fault.
Exchange
A change of the ownership/registration of a certain ticket
can only be processed by reggae.ch. In such case, reggae.ch
must be made aware with enough notice in advance and their
orders must be strictly followed. In particular, the ticket
to be changed must be returned by mail. This ticket will
then be cancelled and a new ticket with new personal
information will be made out and sent to the old address!
This person only will be responsible for the ticket to reach
its new owner.
Changes to the ticket:
Any arbitrary changes made to the ticket are not permitted
and the ticket will loose its validity. It is the exclusive
right of reggae.ch to make changes to the tickets provided.
Purchase contract:
With this purchase I explicitly declare my intention to
buy the amount of tickets shown above for the 13th Rototom
Sunsplash Festival 7th - 15th July 2006 in Osoppo (Udine).
The actual purchase contract turns valid with the payment
of the tickets. The payment must be processed within 30
days after reception of the invoice, by latest at the last
day of the current pre-sale scale. Otherwise the new higher
prices of the following pre-sale scale apply (Please see
chapter "Ticket-Info" for information on the different
price offerings and lengths of the pre-sale seasons).
Additional information:
After dispatch of this order you will receive an email with
all necessary information, such as account details. The
chapter "Ticket-Info" will form the basis of prices
and benefits.
Official pre-sales office:
Reggae.ch - the internet platform of the Swiss Reggae scene,
is an officially registered pre-sales office for Switzerland
for the Rototom Sunsplash, represented by: Culture Wise
/ Reggae.ch, Pascal Bosshard, Postfach 825, CH-8810 Horgen.
